to know that each and every pizza is hand-formed, carefully topped
and skillfully timed to be removed at just the right point.
Second, our pies receive their ingredients, sourced from neighboring farms. Our toppings are the stars of the show! Our dough is made daily from a natural leaven (sourdough starter), and
baked in our wood-fired brick Mugnaini oven.
